*Please note everything may not apply to you. Information below is for volunteers, parents, schools and anyone looking for information on program dates. Please reach out to your school rep if you have any questions or concerns.

(required for new alpine & sb, encouraged for all) -Tuesday, 11/22/16, 6:30pm at Cranmore Arlberg Children Center (Open House & Meeting) If you are interested in becoming a volunteer but want to learn more before committing, this is the perfect event to attend! (All Volunteers, returning and new must attend at least one on snow clinic, welcome to join additional) Dates are dependent on snow conditions and will be provided at Indoor Meetings. CRANMORE – Alpine & Snowboard 12/11 1 – 3 pm 12/18 1 – 3 pm 1/8 1 – 3 pm 1/16 1 – 3 pm **MAKEUP INDOOR MEETING 1/16 following On Snow Clinic @ 3:30 pm *Tickets can be picked up starting at noon ATTITASH – Alpine & Snowboard 12/15 @ 1 pm 12/18 @ 1 pm 1/12 @ 9:30 am – 11:30 am (NEWLY ADDED) KING PINE – Alpine & Snowboard 12/18 @ 2:15 pm 1/8 @ 2:15 pm 1/15 @ 2:15 pm BLACK MOUNTAIN – Alpine Only 1/6 @ 9:30 am WHITAKER WOODS – Cross Country 12/18 12 – 2 pm 1/8 12 – 2 pm |

Any students who missed their day can attend with a parent to get fitted Students from Waldorf, Robert Frost, Jackson, Freedom, Cady, and Tamworth should come with their parents to get fitted. |
| December – January | Nordic Meetings/Clinics: at Whitaker Woods, all Nordic volunteers need to attend one. Dates TBD |
| January 3rd | Program Begins:
Program will run 8 weeks this year, skipping the week of February 18th; Snow Day will take place the 9th week; We will try to hold Skate Week during the 4th or 5th weeks Testing will take place as early as Week 5, this will be determined with your mountain rep. |
