*Please note everything may not apply to you. Information below is for volunteers, parents, schools and anyone looking for information on program dates. Please reach out to your school rep if you have any questions or concerns.

November 7th – 10th SKI SALE:    Nov 7 & 8, 6pm-8pm: Drop off items to sell

Nov 9, 3pm-8pm: Ski Sale, buy gear

Nov 10, 9am-1PM: Ski Sale, buy gear

                    Nov 10, 4PM -6PM Pick up cash or unsold items
November-    December Indoor Volunteer Meetings (required for new alpine & sb, encouraged for all)

-Tuesday, 12/11/18, 6:30pm at King Pine

-Thursday, 12/20/18, 3:30pm at Attitash Adventure Center

NOTICE! There will be one final ESSC Junior Program Indoor Session on Monday, January 21 at 3:30 in the Arlberg Kids Centern (Cranmore Mountain) following the last on snow clinic. If you were unable to make an indoor session please mark your calendars to attend this meeting.

December – January On Snow Clinics for Alpine & Snowboard

Schedule will be submitted via email and posted online
December 3rd – 7th Rental Week: Schools with a large rental group will be scheduled each morning of this week; other schools will attend an afternoon/evening session
December 13th Rental Make Up, Alpine & Snowboard at Davis Building 4pm-7pm

Any students who missed their day can attend with a parent to get fitted

Students from Waldorf, Robert Frost, Jackson, Freedom, and Tamworth should come with their parents to get fitted.
December 29th & 30th  Nordic Meetings/Clinics: at Whitaker Woods, all Nordic volunteers need to attend one.
January 7th – 11th   Program Begins:

Program will run 8 weeks this year, skipping the week of February 18th; Snow Day will take place the 9th week; We will try to hold Skate Week during the 4th or 5th weeks

Testing will take place as early as Week 5, this will be determined with your mountain rep.
March 7th Snow Day (Make up day March 14th)

March 15th Red Parka Challenge Cup at Attitash
