2024 Snow Day Race Results

Get outside and play! Join your schools ESSC Junior Program for a winter filled with skiing and snowboarding. From January – March your child will head to the mountain for half a day each week to learn and play on the hill! ESSC and your Elementary School offers an affordable, easy way to get your child on skies or a snowboard.

What does an ESSC Junior Program Season look like? After signing your child up for one of the above categories you will have the option to rent equipment for your child. If you rent or own equipment you will bring your child’s gear to your school the day they ski, put it in the ski trailer and pick it up after program. After lunch children pile into school busses with gear on and head to the hill! They spend roughly 3 hours with their volunteer instructor learning new skills and enjoying an afternoon on the hill. Towards the end of the season your child will be assessed for proficiency to see if they have learned the skills required for the next color level. Following assessment, we have Snow Day! A full day out at Cranmore, Attitash, King Pine or Whitaker Woods to conclude the season.
