2017/2018 Season Timeline

*Please note everything may not apply to you. Information below is for volunteers, parents, schools and anyone looking for information on program dates. Please reach out to your school rep if you have any questions or concerns.

 Indoor Volunteer Meetings

(required for new alpine & sb, encouraged for all)

-Volunteer Open House (a short, informal meeting about the Program)

Thursday, Nov. 16th ~ 6:30pm @Cranmore Arlberg Children’s Center

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer but want to learn more before committing, this is the perfect event to attend! Also counts as a required meeting!

– Tuesday. Dec. 19th ~ 6:30pm King Pine Milts Place (rescheduled meeting from Dec 12 snow storm)

– Sunday, Dec. 17th ~ 4:00pm Attitash Discovery Center
December 4th – 8th Rental Week: Schools with a large rental group will be scheduled each morning of this week; other schools will attend an afternoon/evening session
December 14th Rental Make Up, Alpine & Snowboard at Davis Building 4pm-7pm

Any students who missed their day can attend with a parent to get fitted

Students from Waldorf, Robert Frost, Jackson, Freedom, and Tamworth should come with their parents to get fitted.
December – January On Snow Clinics for Alpine & Snowboard

(All Volunteers, returning and new must attend at least one on snow clinic, welcome to join additional)

Dates are dependent on snow conditions and will be provided at Indoor Meetings.

Additional clinics take place during the first week of program, 15 minutes after program ends.

December – January Nordic Meetings/Clinics: at Whitaker Woods, all Nordic volunteers need to attend one.

January 2rd Program Begins:

Program will run 8 weeks this year, skipping the week of February 18th; Snow Day will take place the 9th week; We will try to hold Skate Week during the 4th or 5th weeks

**Conway El will start program Jan 9th

Testing will take place as early as Week 5, this will be determined with your mountain rep.
