2021 Volunteer Meeting + Kickoff Party

Junior Program is returning for the 2021/2022 season at all schools! It may look a little different at each school as everyone navigates the current covid landscape but we are VERY excited to get back out there.

To get our Valley Kids back on the slope, we need you, our volunteers!

We invite you to a fun afternoon on the lawn at Tuckerman Brewing Company in Conway, NH (not to be confused with the Tavern in Glen).

All current, new or interested Junior Program volunteers must attend this meeting.

Each volunteer will be provided a Volunteer Meeting Card with all session topics, depending on your status (Returning, New, Interested) you will be asked to attend specific small group sessions. All volunteers must complete their required sessions within this event. This format and flow is open to meet the needs of each volunteer. Grab a beer and make your way around your sessions. Bring the kids, enjoy the kid activities, then make your way around your sessions. However you want to get them done is up to you as long as they are complete before you leave.

12:00 Volunteer session tables open
4:00 Volunteer session tables close
Please plan 45 minutes – 1 hour to complete your sessions.

Tuckerman Brewing will have endless beer on tap, ESSC will be providing TBD food and soft drinks.

Don’t have a babysitter? No worries, this event is kid friendly.
