2022 Volunteer Meeting + Kickoff Party

ALL WEATHER EVENT!

To get our Valley kids on the slope for the 2022/23 season, we need you … our volunteers!

We invite you to a fun evening indoors on Wednesday, November 16th at Tuckerman Brewing Company in Conway, NH (not to be confused with the Tavern in Glen).

All current, new or interested Junior Program volunteers should attend this meeting. This is an INDOOR EVENT with a rolling format from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm to accommodate everyone without crowding.

Each volunteer will be provided a Volunteer Meeting Card with all session topics, depending on your status (Returning, New, Interested) you will be asked to attend specific small group sessions. All volunteers must complete their required sessions within this event. This format and flow is open to meet the needs of each volunteer. Grab a beer and make your way around your sessions. Bring the kids, this is a family friendly event.

7:30 Volunteer session tables close
Please plan 30 minutes – 45 minutes to complete your sessions.

ESSC will have snacks and swag! Tuckerman Brewing will be serving their regular menu.
